- Senior Product Manager
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is recruiting for a Senior Product Manager for the management of and responsibility for a product and services portfolio ensuring products and services are defined, developed and rolled out successfully to deliver growth, reach, revenue and profittargets.
With full ownership of the strategic product partner relationships and management of the teams to include Product managers and developers, their objectives and activities to ensure the business has a cohesive, relevant and profitable product strategy defined to support the delivery of the Group strategic goals, including those around growth, reach, revenue and profit.
Key responsibilities: -
- Creating a 3 year product plan
- Continually review the commercial viability
- Lead research projects
- Own product development process
- Support, coach, mentor and manage team to produce a highly effective team
Skills & experience
-
Demonstrable experience and a track record of success in Product Management, marketing or Sales &Services.
- Significant experience negotiating commercial and contractual termssuccessfully
- Significant experience of developing and assessing the viability of business cases, budgets andplans
- Significant experience of product development and delivery management of qualifications within a regulatedmarketplace
- Significant experience of working with the Education market
- Significant experience of managing and trackingbudgets
- Significant experience of managing effective and highly performingteams
- Critical & creative thinking, problemsolving.
- Able to assess the viability of a group of products and implement change to ensure it maximises growth opportunities in the marketplace.
