- Graphic DesignerSwindonSalary up to £28kWorking in a fast paced and reactive environment, take briefs and develop bespoke design solutions, ensuring customer engagement with a key focus on unique selling points. Implement the latest trends and design practices to create print and email marketing in cohesion with the digital journey to ensure a positive ROI.Typical activities

Create a range of different print materials including press ads, brochures, direct mailers and event merchandise using Adobe InDesign and exporting to the correct specifications.

Create digital design outcomes for email marketing, website campaigns and banners, social media and more

Edit photos and perform photomontages (incl. searching photos on Shutterstock & iStock)

Balance multiple projects at once, knowing how to prioritize tasks and cooperating with copywriters, Email coders and web owners.

Adhere to brand guidelines (adapting to themes and designs from other designers)

Production of creative, engaging and original ideas that connect with specified target audiences

Events branding

Conceptualise creative solutions

Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
Skills set required:-
+3 year experience in graphic design (preferably in a graphic studio, advertising agency, or in-house creative department)

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (with a specific focus in InDesign and Photoshop)

Knowledge of print export settings and experience signing off proofs

Strong portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects showcasing a strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand identity principles

Knowledge and understanding of current graphic design trends in digital media

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take full responsibility for a projects lifecycle.

Ability to plan, prioritize and problem solve in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable expressing ideas and brainstorm not just with creatives but all senior management
Desirable:-
Degree in Design or related field (Graphic Design, Illustration, Product Design, Media)
