Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a first class Visual and Verbal identity Brand Marketing Manager to work for a well-known household name during a period of exciting change.

This role would suit someone who either works in-house or in a Creative Brand agency in the Brand Marketing team who has experience managing campaigns to change and improve brand health.
Experience of brand development, brand architecture management, VI and Tone of voice across full channel and brand mix
Experience of driving creative step change and working with digital transformation programmes is required
Experience of delivering all aspects of a full brand refresh including budget management
Experience of working with creative/brand agency partners, confident in brief writing, leading the thinking for both existing and new brands in market
Positive, creative and innovative thinker
Experience transforming brand perception
Experience managing brand campaigns
Ability to create and lead high performing teams to deliver key business objectives
Good understanding of insight and how to interrogate data and research to get to the key insights that will help drive forward the brand in market
Team player who is passionate about what they do and has the confidence and ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels
Unafraid to take charge, be decisive and build support for those decisions
Pro-active, well organized with the ability to work under own initiative and be flexible
Proven ability to multi-task and capable of working to tight deadlines on a number of simultaneous projects in a fast moving, delivery focused environment
Good understanding of the overall marketing mix
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commercially and creatively astute with excellent creative judgement
Understanding of brand auditing, reviewing and tracking techniques
Exceptional attention to detail and enthusiasm for quality workmanship
Ability to lead and inspire others both internal stakeholder teams including digital teams and agency partners in developing outstanding Brand Visual Identity
Helping lead and land a digital vision of the brand experience and a clear understanding of how this should evolve over time
Help to lead and land the re-positioning of the brand so it’s fit to compete in the future, managing our strategy to improve our brand health performance and it’s promises to customers
Day to day responsibility of brand governance by managing the brand approval process from end to end for all of marketing and facilitate a smooth-running process
Supporting with regular brand clinics where you’ll review creative briefs and provide guidance to sign off work at key stages of the creative development process
Manage the implementation of the brand strategy with specific responsibility for evolving and managing brand guidelines and how we translate it into a meaningful tool for the business to use, engaging those around us to bring the brand promise to life, inspiring and leading in equal measure as we empower others in delivering against the brand promise with excellence and consistency
Ensure our UK Home brand activity fits together within the wider context of the as we proactively manage the brand portfolio, bringing clarity to role of brands in the portfolio making it easier for customers to navigate and teams to develop against
Manage agency relationships and develop close working relationship with Insight to ensure briefs are insight driven with a focus on driving the brand forward
Ensure that insight and brand tracking is top of mind at all times and drives our decision making as we seek to deliver for customers
Manage our Visual and Verbal identity to reflect our positioning and ensuring it is applied consistently across all customer touch-points, is constantly evolving to ensure brand momentum and relevance with a relentless customer focus
