Group Marketing Administrator
Cirencester
£24000-£26000
Working closely with the Campaign & Digital Manager and Head of Brand, you’ll have the chance to be part of a growing Group Marketing team.
This role will offer plenty of scope for development and growth, a great step within your marketing career. You will be joining a buzzing marketing department within a fast moving FTSE100 Company.
Flexible working arrangements with the agreement of the Head of Department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Compile, edit and publish content across a number of websites for several regional offices.
- Use of editorial guidelines for copywriting, editing and applying tone of voice, to ensure cross-site consistency.
- Liaise with regional sales teams and perform regular website audits to ensure content is up-to-date, accurate and meets the regional sales strategy.
- Regular monitoring and analysis of regional marketing activity (combined with website analysis) to make informed recommendations on performance.
- Manage the process of obtaining assets for inclusion in marketing brochures and web pages.
- Use of image editing software to enhance product presentation.
- Ordering of marketing materials and collateral.
- Participate in team meetings undertaken by head office, internal marketing and external supplier meetings as required.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge and experience in digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
- Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and consistency
- Proven organisational and time management skills
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Knowledge of CRM
A marketing qualification e.g. Degree or Professional Certificate/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
