Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an experienced Web Project Manager. With a focus on ecommerce sites, you will be joining a rapidly growing client-side business with a leading UK proposition and enviable customer base.
You will be an integral part of the project. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders and development teams helping them deliver ecommerce trading sites. You will be expected to use a high level of knowledge and experience while constantly looking to improve business processes.
Role overview:-
Act as a central point of contact between client, internal teams around the business and the E-Commerce development team, building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure client requirements are understood, delivered on time and on budget.
Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Always know where projects are at, at any given time.
Monitor progress and highlight potential risks; anticipate and solve problems and issues in a timely and constructive manner.
Organise and lead project status and working meetings then, prepare and distribute progress reports.
Define new processes, supervise their implementation and constantly improve them.
Ensure project documentation is maintained, complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Act as regular point of contact for clients and internal teams ensuring all web digital briefs are seen, considered, understood and signed off before they are scheduled for work.
Review and guarantee the quality of deliverables prepared by the team before scheduling debriefs and feedback with stakeholders.
Actively contribute to feedback as well as suggestions on improvement to achieve the overall objectives of projects.
Ideally, we are seeking: -
Experience delivering web based projects and ideally within ecommerce environments
Technical Project Management background with understanding of digital marketing and web technologies.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, be comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting but also able to provide strong leadership and direction including delegating and motivating team members.
Strong organisational skills, with a structured, methodical and pragmatic way of working and managing projects. Prince 2 or Agile qualifications would be beneficial.
Knowledge of A/B testing, would be beneficial.
Proven experience in matrix management.
An eye for detail (design, process, organisation) and demonstrate a customer focused approach
Be a strategic thinker, be able to anticipate and resolve problems before they arise.
Be highly self-driven, responsible and keen to improve
