Rocking Zebra Recruitment is working with an exciting, growing organisation based in Swindon that are looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to report into one of the Senior Partners.
This role is focused around providing marketing support and assistance with bid proposals to the Senior Partnership Team. A very project focused role that will see you being the lynch pin for all marketing collateral and pitch documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising client documents, preparing and sending e-newsletters,
- Preparing and managing content for marketing documents
- Designing marketing material (graphic design can be undertaken by others)
- Responsible for social media: Twitter, LinkedIn,
- Managing and organising website content and checking project details – keeping the website up to date generally
- Organising marketing or business development documentation
- Research and intelligence gathering.
- Evaluate requirement of internal bid support (from project teams) and manage bid programmes.
- Management and production of high quality bid submissions to include:
- Collaborate with partners relating to marketing and the implantation of the marketing strategy
- Assist in wider marketing and business support activities as and when required
- Pushing ideas and challenging process to improve business systems
- Managing external agencies
Experience:
- An experience marketing professional
- Experience of document writing and supporting business development teams with documents and pitches
- Used to working in a fast-paced environment to strict deadlines
- Exemplary written and verbal communications
- Excellent organisational skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Plenty of initiative with ideas for improving business processes
- Inquisitive mind and a genuine interest to learn
- Proficient in MS Office and preferably Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient with social media channels such as Twitter and LinkedIn
- Able to use your initiative and work autonomously
- Knowledge of CMS ideally WordPress
