Internal Sales Coordinator/Account Manager

Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an Account Manager to join an established client based in Swindon.
Our client has gone from strength to strength over the years and with ambitious future plans, this opportunity is one that cannot be missed! Based within a small yet busy team, you will be supporting a field sales executive with the full sales cycle, being the backbone of support to the customer from initial quotation, order and delivery. Taking ownership of each and every customer, you will be building a rapport proving nothing is too much to ask. Your passion, determination and care will emulate your dedication to the customer but also the business.
• Administering the 360 degrees sales cycle- initial enquiry, quotation, delivery
• Monitoring stock levels, liaising with your suppliers
• Regular customer contact, which may involve customer visits
• Cross sell/up sell where ever needed
To be considered for this role, we are looking for self-motivated, tenacious and proactive individuals! You will be a go getter, think on feet and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This role demands high volumes with quick turnarounds- you must be able to demonstrate your enthusiasm, positive approach and entrepreneurial spirit!
