Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join an established organisation based in Malmesbury.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Strategic Account Manager to join their internal sales operation. This is an outstanding organisation that is going through a real growth transition.
Working within a busy commercial environment, you will work under pressure, delivering against targets and able to constantly multi-task. Our client’s ethos is built upon an established heritage of forging strong customer focused relationships with its customers through ongoing service and sales management.
This is a hybrid role dealing with inbound customer contact where you will be looking to secure a positive outcome for each of your clients. You will make outgoing calls to existing customers with a view to increasing both spend and regularity of it. You will then be responsible for the co-ordination of jobs and allocation to a network of contracted workers ensuring that jobs are completed within SLA guidelines. This is a very well established business which enjoys strong relationships with its customers.
This role is suitable for candidates that have exceptional customer service and sales skills that are used to working within a busy department. You will enjoy building customer relationships over the phone, understanding customer requirements. Coupled with this you will have experience of dealing with existing customers and repeat business. You will be a tenacious individual who can build rapport easily over the phone, can close and spot new opportunities.
