Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to join an organisation at a time of significant growth and investment.    

The role owns primary responsibility for developing and project managing a full campaign schedule across the department to drive both customer acquisition and retention. In addition, the role owns development and execution of all tactical marketing plans and ensuring they are executed on time.

 

Key Responsibilities: -

 

• Project managing and organizing campaign brainstorming sessions

• Own the details – Develop all marketing plans and ensure they are delivered on time

• Organizing project team meetings to further develop the campaign messaging and tactical marketing plans

• Resolve any logistical challenges including stepping in as required to get the job done

• Ensure outputs from creative and marketing performance teams are completed as agreed per the marketing plans

• As needed, manage requests from agencies and external providers

• Working alongside the Deputy Heads to ensure campaigns provide marketing communications and messages for a targeted communication strategy to ensure relevance for a segmented audience of pet lovers

• Supporting the Head of Marketing to provide Quality Assurance that all campaigns and deliverables are up to a high standard of execution and messaging in each channel adheres to the brand

• Working alongside the Marketing Strategy Manager to maintaining weekly comprehensive competitor reviews reports

• Working alongside the PR & Social media functions to develop weekly quantifiable dashboards for online brand and social media reporting

• Evaluating the ROI investment from each campaign and providing quarterly actionable insights and lessons learned reports 

• Tracking, analysing and reporting website performance and recommend options to optimise and improve performance

• Tracking, analysing and reporting monthly on cost per acquisition per channel

Ideally we are looking for:-

 

• Strong across all marketing channels including

• Demonstrable experience building marketing plans

• Comfortable with google analytics to understand how to set up dashboards and provide the required analytics

• Ability to provide actionable insights and manage CPA and ROI reports to inform channel performance

• Structured, organised and multitasker

• Able to deliver under pressure

• Personable and approachable

• Ability to identify marketing opportunities and trends

• Tactical pragmatic marketing implementation skills

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and project management skills.
