Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Senior Digital Data Analyst to own, develop and maintain the web analytics reporting infrastructure for this exciting fast paced business. Gathering, developing, interpreting and distributing insights. Equipping campaign teams with the data they need to make informed strategy decisions in as close to real time as possible.
Key Responsibilities
Develop campaign databases. Storing raw metric data in a format that allows both accessibility to other analysts, but also improves compatibility with wider business Data and visualization tools.
To own and develop the digital KPI reporting program, encapsulating a holistic view of the organisations digital activity in one report. The objective being to stimulate ongoing interest, but also improve understanding of digital activity across the business.
To work closely with the content team to monitor and develop content on the website. Making best use of our web data to track and enhance long term value of content, specifically monitoring for both organic and CRO issues & opportunities.
To work with Head of Content to continuously develop content strategy, providing search insight and guidance on thematic content and architecture.
To work with the campaign team to provide insight on activity in as timely a fashion as possible, enhancing reporting capabilities.
To work with colleagues across the business to champion the usage of web analytics in their everyday work. Particularly in relation to the properties, but also in commercial and other areas.
Skills & Experience
Expert Knowledge of : Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords, Facebook Insights,
Expert Paid Search, SEO knowledge
Data Interpretation, forecasting knowledge.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
Degree level qualification or equivalent.
Experienced in developing data strategies, with particular regard to data quality and enhancement.
Experienced in analysing web analytics data, utilising industry standard tools and protocols.
Experienced in SEO techniques and best practice.
Experienced in developing reporting for campaign and content teams.
Experienced in working with research, technical and operational teams.
Experienced in stakeholder management and presentations
Strong and confident communication skills.
Ability to inspire others with insight.
Skilled in influencing and persuading internal teams and senior stakeholders.
Able to translate analytical concepts into accessible terms for different internal audiences.
