Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of key large blue chip clients to deliver enhanced client experience and maximise retention. Identify and develop opportunities to upsell additional services where appropriate. Manage personnel with account management responsibilities and associated key supplier relationships.
Role responsibilities
Relationship management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key client managers and senior level stakeholders
Proactively contact clients to develop and maintain consistently high levels of service
Prepare information for client meetings e.g. management information and benchmark reports for client meetings
Meet with clients face-to-face, via telephone or webinar etc.
Monitor and report on activities and prepare management information as required
Manage contract amendments and extensions
Complete tenders as required for existing clients
Secure 3 year renewals where possible
Problem solving and issue escalation as required
Identify and develop opportunities to upsell services offered with existing clients
Communication
Send annual reviews and declarations to clients to confirm the information held is correct, obtain missing information, obtain updated client information
Maintain accurate client information
Prepare quotations for renewals and changes to client programmes
Ensure that communication with other departments is consistent, timely and informative
Provide timely feedback to the Head of Account Management and Client Support regarding performance
Maintain accurate records of client change requests
Liaise between clients and operational teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in line with client expectations
Product and market knowledge
Advise on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors
Provide client feedback to the sales team and Marketing to support client satisfaction, marketing campaigns and the targeting of new opportunities
Work with business assurance team to stay abreast of applicable governance, risk and compliance
