Rocking Zebra recruitment is recruiting for a Senior Graphic Designer for a fantastic business based in Amesbury.
Working within the dynamics of the marketing team with a core focus on updating the design of the website.
In addition to work on campaigns, working on projects and requests for branding including web landing pages, print artwork, banner adverts, leaflet designs, business cards, policy documents, promotional material, exhibit stands & vehicle wraps (large scale print) social pages, iconography, site signage, merchandise, creative direction and advertising.
Managing the members of the design team and helping with training them in specific design-related techniques.
To be considered for this role you will have the following:
Proficient understanding and application of a wide variety of graphic design techniques.
Experience of managing a small team of designers.
High level of expertise using Adobe software including Photoshop, In-Design, Illustrator etc
Experience in Sketch and Adobe XD
Experience in google analytics & statistics.
Excellent understanding of print techniques and stock differences.
Maintain the brand guidelines.
Understanding in UX/UI design
Pro activeness and forward thinking, ability to work off your own back.
Good level of communication.
Excellent understanding of technical requirements across Mac and PC platforms.
Knowledge of dealing with suppliers.
Creative, passionate about design, open minded and a team player.
At least 3 years experience in graphic design.
Experience in leadership
A degree or equivalent in design.
