Rocking Zebra are working with an established and growing company based in Marlborough that are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to provide administration for recruitment and personnel support whilst also assisting wider teams within the business.
Main Duties include:
- Employee and benefits
· Manage the paperwork of new starters, leavers and benefits across the company
· Arrange meetings for HR purposes
· Manage personnel filing system and ensure files are kept up to date
· Maintain records across different areas of HR
- Recruitment/Induction
· Collating CVs, booking interviews and providing timely feedback for candidates
· Coordinate the preparation of all contracts of employment & new starter packs
· Provide support with inductions for new starters and ensure their paperwork is processed and filed
· Ensure Visa and Right to Work administration is obtained as part of induction and support the HR team to ensure company is compliant with legislation
· Produce all relevant paperwork for any promotions & contract changes in a timely manner with guidance from the HR team
- Learning and Development
· Put together training delivery material as and when required
· Record all training activity and booking training courses when requested
- Database and HR housekeeping
· Run ad-hoc reports as appropriate on tracking headcount/new starters/turnover with guidance from the HR team
· Record training across the company
· Maintain and update documents
Additional duties:
Maintain all administrative functions within HR, keeping up to date records. Assistant with communication across the business along with external contacts.
Collate data across the HR function to be analysed for future use.
This role may include administrative tasks across other areas of the business during busy periods.
Experience required:
- Ideally have worked in a HR role
- Be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Proven administration skills
- Personable and approachable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be discreet and professional
