Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Manager to join an established forward-thinking organisation
Our client is a household brand and looking to appoint a Sales Manager to lead a rapidly expanding inbound and outbound sales team.
The company is growing rapidly through a successful business model and trusted brand in a multi billion pound market.

You will be a natural sales professional who can lead by example.
A competent people motivator and mentor, you will know how to get the best from your people.
With tenure of leading b2b or b2c teams, you will be able to bring to the team new ideas and ways of exceeding stretching sales targets.
Strategically, you will be able to demonstrate competence with process improvement, utilizing management information to effect positive change and work with the senior teams for long term planning of growth for the sales function.
Ensure the achievement of company objectives related to lead conversion rates and volume
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed objectives
Develop, coach and mentor the sales team to enable the team to continuously improve performance against key metrics
Analyse, develop and share data that enables effective management of the sales team and the sales pipeline as well as understanding key dynamics within the sales process
Recruit as necessary to ensure the delivery from a high performance sales team
Main KPIs will centre on
Conversion rates that are within the control of the sales team
Volumes and mix
Experience and personal qualities
Proven and demonstrable track record of success in similar roles
Excellent sales and sales management skills
Self-motivated and results-focused: experience in delivering and continuously improving performance in the context of ambitious sales objectives
Have significant experience of successfully leading and managing inside sales teams
Strong communicator and motivator who has intelligent and perceptive interpersonal skills married with a restless urgency to continuously improve performance. Able to provide continuous feedback that is perceived as constructive and useful rather than simply critical
Someone who is focused on achieving and exceeding objectives rather than rationalising or defending yesterday’s results or the status quo
Comfortable with analysis and interpretation of data to drive performance and identify areas for improvement
A true team player whilst retaining a fierce pride and energy in delivering or exceeding the expected results from the sales team
Strong oral and written skills as well as an ability to shape compelling and persuasive sales arguments that can be implemented by the sales team
