Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to join an exciting rapidly growing business. Working with a wider technology and account management team, you will work with internal and external teams to implement a wide range of solutions to a broadly blue chip international customer base.
Role responsibilities
· Work with clients post sale to collect the information needed to create a specification that describes how the system will be implemented for them
· Complete a project plan and schedule that lists each task in the implementation project, individual accountabilities and due dates
· Distribute the plan to other members of the service implementation team and IT department to obtain feedback and confirm project milestone dates
· Configure and customise the software to match the agreed client specification
· Work interactively with clients to answer questions, gain additional information and obtain client feedback
· Fully-document any changes to the standard system
· Manage the project schedule and budget, recording time spent on each activity
· Create time and cost estimates for additional configuration beyond clients’ initial scope
· Demonstrate the configured system to the client and obtain sign-off to the development site version before providing the client with access to the live site
· Provide initial support to answer questions regarding the set-up and configuration
· Provide ongoing routine support as required in conjunction with the account management team
· Develop the relationship with clients to ensure they receives the appropriate level of training, technical support and we are kept up-to-date with software releases
· Line responsibility for the Technical Executive
This role may suit a suitable graduate with 1 years’ experience or someone who has worked within a software technical implementation environment.
