Client Services Coordinator
Swindon
£16,000 - £20,000 DOE + benefits
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join an established business based on the edge of Swindon.
Set in a beautiful rural location, my client works within professional services offering a varying and growing service to thousands of clients across the UK.
Due to their continued success, my client is looking to strengthen its Client Services team with a newly created Client Services Coordinator role, where you will be offering exceptional customer service and administration support to your clients and internal teams.
You will be the ‘glue’ between the client and the business, being their main point of contact for project updates, queries and general support. You will be a helpful pair of hands who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service!
Key Responsibilities
· Maintaining multiple client databases and records
· Scheduling work against timescales; managing and allocating internal resource
· Producing letters, reports and presentations
· Preparing check lists of information
· Filing of electronic documents
· Preparation of invoices
· Reviewing and checking client documents
· Regular client communication to check accuracy of details
· Attending company meetings and in some cases client meetings
· Dealing with general client queries
· Ad hoc administration support
To be considered for this role you will have an eye for detail. You will be comfortable working within a fast paced environment prioritising your workloads to meet timely demands. You will be a confident communicator, believe that delivering exceptional customer service is paramount in the success of a business. You will be IT literate, a quick learner and most importantly be a self-motivator.
Due to my clients beautiful rural location, you will need to have your own transport.
