Operations Supervisor

Our client a leader in their technological space is looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee all internal corporate operational process. You will be tasked with managing and motivating all operational staff and their relative workloads.
The business has an enviable reputation in their market and operates with a customer first mentality both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain the overall Operational process to ensure consistency with policy
· Manage, develop and coach staff to ensure maximum use of the Operation and maintain staffing skills
· Measurement and monitoring of both external and internal customer SLA’s from inception to final delivery
· Prepare and deliver all reporting on Operational performance to the Management Team
· Identify and review Operational issues and take appropriate corrective action
· People management responsibilities with the relevant teams
· Regular review of workloads and backlogs including delegation of tasks where necessary
Skills & Experience
· Proven experience in a leadership position – ideally within a technical role
· Ideally educated to degree level
· The ability to delegate, manage and complete workloads within tight schedules
· Exemplary organisation skills
· A good understanding of broader issues relative to operation management
· Excellent time management skills
· Strong verbal and written communication ability
· Able to take accountability for target delivery
· The ability to forge strong and lasting working relationships both internally and externally
