Account Executive
Outskirts Swindon

We are recruiting for an Account Executive for this fun, progressive agency based on the outskirts of Swindon
Joining an experienced team you will be responsible for:
• Accountadministration:logistics forclientmeetings,writingupmeeting notes,formattingdocuments,proofreading
• Advertising:Helpmaintainadvertisingschedulesforbookingads /checking off invoicesagainstplannedads/promptingfordeadlines/chasingartwork/ liaising fordeadlineextensions
• Supplierliaison:researchingsuppliers,keepingabreastoflatestofferings,
co-ordinatingsupplier bookings
• PR support:Compiling medialists,collatingmediapacks, orderingpress packs,talkingtojournalists/tradebodies/venues/otherasrequired, reviewingmediaoutletsforpresscoverage,journalistring-roundsand preparingcoveragereports
• Financial:Estimatingjobs, raising POsandinvoices.Monitoringbudgetsvs actualcharges
• Researchandanalysis:Conductingdeskresearch,sourcingandreviewing
campaignmetricstodrawmeaningfulconclusions/recommendations
Exampleprojectsinclude:
• Emailmarketingcampaigns:Planning,executingandanalysis
• Contentproduction:Takingabrief,assessingit,clarifyingmessageand resolvinginconsistencies,briefingit tooneofourspecialistcopywriters(and studioifappropriate),liaisonwith clientforfeedbackandamends
• Socialmedia:Planning,execution,analysisandrecommendationsacross multipleplatforms
Key skills/experience required:
Organisationalexcellence:completingtasksandactivitiestobrief,on time andwithin budgetisat theheartofyourrole.You’llhavesuperb organisationalskills,becomfortablewithfigureworkand beabletohandle multipleprojectsatonce.
Confidentcommunicator:firmbutfriendly;we’relookingforsomeonewho willpositivelyrepresentthe company, building rocksolidrelationshipswithclients, suppliers andjournalists.
Eyefor detail:you’llbethetypeof person whoinstinctively plays‘find the typo’and reallycaresabouthow the company presents itself.
Digitalaptitude:you’llhaveapassion forallthings digital–eDM,CRMand socialplatforms,onlineadvertising,PPCandre-targetingforexample.PC packageswhich willbesecondnatureto you- Outlook,Word,Exceland PowerPoint.Anyknowledgeof programmessuchasPhotoshoporInDesign wouldbe seenasamajorbonus,althoughnot essential.
