Rocking Zebra are seeking a highly talented B2C Brand Marketing Manager to create and execute award winning and industry leading strategic marketing and sales campaigns to build and develop our clients overall brand identity, brand awareness, market share and overall sales growth.
Key responsibilities:
In charge of and responsible for all brand and marketing related activities, leading a team of 4
Plan and implement award winning marketing strategies – including social media, Instagram, facebook, PR, events, design, email, influencers and campaigns
Manage monthly content and promo planner.
Manage social media visuals, followings and engagement levels. Vastly improving reputation and recognition.
International expansion strategy and marketing campaign execution.
Work closely with the Ecommerce Director to develop and manage the front end website visual identity, performance and conversion rate.
Overall management and development of the marketing team. Including performance reviews, personal development, overall development, team structure, motivation and recruitment.
Day to day management of the marketing team, ensuring objectives and activities are being implemented and achieved.
Oversight of new sales channel opportunities.
Continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends.
Marketing budget allocation.
Achieving top line company KPI growth targets - website traffic, sales revenue etc.
Skills & Experience:
You have at least five years experience within a marketing, social media and ecommerce role.
You have demonstrable experience growing a brand internationally through social media.
You may come from a retail/fashion background.
You can demonstrate managing a team as a visionary and inspiring leader.
You’re outstanding at project management, developing and executing campaigns on time and on target.
You are incredibly motivated with an entrepreneurial and creative mindset!
