Sales Administrator
Shrivenham
£16,000 - £18,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join a growing business based in Shrivenham.
Key Responsibilities
• First point of contact for all incoming customer calls and emails
• Supporting the Field Based Sales Team and Sales Director with sales collateral, administration and reports
• Producing and following up quotations to a successful conclusion and logging information
• Logging leads and assigning as relevant, keeping the CRM up to date and tracking lead requests
• Maintaining key relationships with customers over the phone by updating them with new product launches and new product brochures and information
• Mailing out all brochures with follow up calls made a week later and mail drops as requested by customers
• Qualification of orders and enquiries, price and delivery enquiries, order processing and delivery progressing
• Sustain a positive team environment, displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.
• Participate and contribute to internal team meetings.
• Promote effective communication throughout all levels of the Sales function.
Skills & Experience
• Previous face to face and telephone customer service experience is essential
• Have a sales focussed approach
• Attention to detail
• Highly numerate
• Ability to manage different tasks in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
• Highly proficient in the use of IT software and systems to include MS Excel
• High levels of honesty and integrity
• Positive / “Can Do” attitude
• Good commercial acumen
• Confident and resourceful
• Self-motivated with the ability to work alone or within a team.
• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
