Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a talented Digital Designer to work full time at its new offices in Central Reading. The organisation is growing rapidly, it is an exciting time to be joining the organisation and making a real mark for yourself supporting the business take its message to the UK market.
Purpose:
To design and deliver state of the art digital assets that really deliver for the business.
This will apply across all digital platforms, channels and media including web, mobile, e-comms, advertising, banners, blogs, social media etc. The successful candidate will also be expected to design non-digital assets such as brochures and advertising as required.
Responsibilities:
You will be passionate about design and be able to produce relevant and compelling digital creative that reflects values and promotes the brand. You will also be responsible for managing the responsive design of websites and other digital assets.
From design concept through to execution, you will be constantly working to improve look and feel and user experience by bringing brand to life and keeping it consistent across all touchpoints:
Bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for strong design
Manage other digital design needs to ensure compelling, consistent and resonant messages
Design responsive email and web assets.
Create mock ups, presentations and HTML designs across email, web, promotions, etc
Create and manage digital assets, SEO content / landing pages, and design work to support eMarketing activities across all digital platforms
Create and deploy effective email marketing campaigns and advertising initiatives as required
Requirements:

- Minimum 2 to 5 year commercial digital experience, ideally in a B2C market

- Real creative flair with a solid design background is essential
- - Strong, proven web design portfolio

- Expert knowledge and experience of Adobe design suite and other platforms as required

- Web capabilities across HTML, HTML5, CSS & JavaScript would be advantageous

- Knowledge of UI and UX, with work that shows innovation in this area

- Experience in email Marketing (including template creation)

- Good understanding of conceptual design with excellent eye for design and typography, colour, texture, hierarchy and balance etc

- Proven ability to take a project from initial concept to final delivery with great creative work and exceptional attention to detail

- Experience working on responsive design providing a user experience that fits across multiple channels
