Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join an established organisation.
You will be managing a team of 12 Sales Executives who are making outbound B2B calls. You will be responsible for driving the team activity & performance through coaching and development to ensure your teams individual KPI’s are met.
You will report into the Sales Manager directly. You will need to know your numbers and confidently report to the business on your team’s performance as well as sit in on occasional sales meetings and step in for the Sales Manager in their absence.
An excellent Team Leader will demonstrate experience and passion for leading high preforming teams. You will need to be a confident presenter with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as you will be partaking in weekly sales meetings.
Strong persuading and influencing skills with the capability of dealing with any customer no matter what the size, to demonstrate to Sales Executives how to build relationships and increase their conversion rates. In addition, you will have excellent people management skills and be confident in your ability to resolve issues such as, sickness, absence, recruitment and performance.
You will lead by example and set the benchmark for both professionalism and attitude to the rest of your team, you will naturally be able to create a winning culture and a positive working environment.
To give you the best start in your new role you will have a 12-week on-boarding programme set out by the sales training team and your manager to help you achieve and maintain personal and professional success. If your team deliver on the agreed fuel sales and revenue targets, we will reward you with commission earnings up to £12k OTE.
