Responding to consumers across our social platforms

Write engaging Consumer Blogs and emails

Create emails in Mailchimp & Force24

Manage the Consumer Journey Emails

Updating of online care guides and e-brochures

Write all Copy for new model and fabric launches etc.

Create All video content from Raw Footage, Video Editing for social media

Contribute to the Monthly Marketing Report
Work with the Marketing Manager to keep on/offline channels up to date to include:-
Update all SEO content across brands

Create all website landing pages

Manage all links to websites ensuring these are kept up to date

Ensuring all target points on the sites are kept up to date

Ensure all promotional materials are printed and posted to all sites ahead of the promotion start date.

Manning the marketing phoneline, answering queries and transferring calls.
