Sales Administrator
Swindon
£18,000
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join an established and continuously growing business based on the edge of Swindon.
As Sales Administrator you will provide a high level of support to the Sales team and internal Engineers, ensuring all enquiries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
· Answering incoming telephone calls and email correspondence
· Communicating directly with Customers on a day to day basis via email / telephone to advise on enquiries and orders including delivery and collection times
· Facilitating returns
· Inputting and maintaining information on the internal CRM; Quotations and Sales Orders
· Manage External calibration of products where required
· Generating and maintaining internal and external documentation relating to purchases
· Coordinating with the External Sales team on customer enquiries and quotations
· Support the Service and Warehouse teams on their daily tasks
· Proposing and implementing Quality improvement tasks relating to hires
· Carrying out additional duties as and when required
Skills & Experience
· Ideal if experienced in working within a purchasing department
· Verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
· Have the ability to problem solve
· Have excellent negotiation skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· Possess a proactive yet flexible approach to work
· High levels of attention to detail
· Has high initiative
· Ability to multitask
