Front of House/Customer Service Advisor

Rocking Zebra recruitment is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Front of House/Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established business based in Swindon.
Being front of house, you will be the ‘face of the company’ meeting and greeting your clients; applying a high level of maturity, trustworthiness and in some client cases sympathy. You will be their first point of contact throughout the whole process, ensuring they are kept up to speed with the latest progress and managing 3rd party relationships.
No day will be the same, you will have the ability to think on your feet, keep a cool and calm demeanour when dealing with challenging and pressurised situations and you will apply a strong and confident approach to ensure your client feels assured you are going above and beyond working towards smooth resolution.
Our client is a leading family run business with a reputable name in their industry. You will be joining a small friendly office, responsible for delivering an outstanding service to customers and playing a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of business activities.
The role:
• First point of contact on the phone
• Meeting and greeting visitors, assisting with their requirements and providing refreshments
• Transferring calls and taking messages where appropriate, recording information as necessary on the internal management system
• Booking appointments. Contributing to the management of the office shared calendar to ensure smooth scheduling of work.
• Managing customers, including key clients/dealerships, building relationships and regularly providing updates
• Subcontractor orders
• Liaising with the workshop where necessary to obtain and/or share required information
• Supporting colleagues with admin duties required
To be considered for this role:
• Demonstrable customer service experience
• Professional and articulate

• IT literate – good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to pick up internal systems

• Enthusiastic and driven
