Customer Administration Support Executive

Chippenham

£18,000-£19,000 DOE

Rocking Zebra Recruitment is currently looking for a Customer Administration Support Executive to join an established business based in Chippenham.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be joining a busy Account Management team supporting Clients and Suppliers needs in the delivery of excellent Customer Service to maximise business opportunities.

•                    To assist in the preparation and delivery of new projects, programmes and materials
•                    Support the Account Management and Sales Teams in daily administration tasks
•                    Ensure that communication with the teams, other departments and Clients is consistent, timely and informative
•                    Keep accurate records and maintain databases
•                    Develop an understanding of current business services and its delivery
•                    Understand the marketplace and competitors
•                    Any other ad hoc responsibilities

To be considered for this role…

You will have confident recent use of MS Excel. You will possess a can do attitude matched with being a natural communicator. Whilst supporting the rest of your team and many internal stakeholders, you will have contact with clients, so you will have maturity, credibility and gravitas.
