Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an experienced a commercially savvy Sales Administrator.
You will be joining an established organisation and working within a friendly team, supporting the field based sales representatives with the end to end project management administration and customer contact.
You will be point of contact for the customer, suppliers and multiple internal departments. You will be responsible for keeping all parties informed of the order process applying intelligence and an investigative approach to ensure smooth delivery.

•                    Process customer orders
•                    Maintain an accurate and up to date CRM database
•                    Track delivery of products against orders, acknowledge customer orders and raise invoices
•                    Process call purchase agreements for stocked items
•                    Liaise with principals regarding order delivery issues
•                    Process customer repairs and returns
•                    Process letters of credit
•                    Manage all aspects of goods import and export, including relevant legislation
•                    Cover for other Customer Service Administrators’ holiday
•                    Ordering, shipping and tracking of demonstration orders
•                    Processing of sample orders

To be considered for this role:

•                    Able to communicate effectively with all levels within the company
•                    Excellent customer telephone skills
•                    Flexible and highly motivated with a “hands on” approach
•                    Efficient time management with ability to prioritise own workload
•                    Able to carry out relevant administrative work
•                    Proficient at using relevant software packages
•                    Educated to A level or equivalent
•                    Experience in sales administration, order process
•                    Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers across various levels

You will be working to timely demands where attention to detail is absolutely paramount.

You will have proven experienced of supporting at senor executive level. You will be experienced in client support and ideally will have been part of a busy office environment.

Due to the location of the office, having your own transport is necessary.
