Marketing Campaign Manager

Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join an established organisation.  The role can be home based, with 2 days office.

Leading a team of 2 you will be responsible for the daily execution of marketing campaigns and communications to a B2B and B2C audience.

In addition you, will work closely leading an external partner delivering the marketing requirements. 

This is a great opportunity offering the mix of leading/shaping a team and still focused on hands on delivery.  This role is within Financial Services and will require a good working knowledge of term based products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the annual Marketing Strategy and communications plan.
• Lead of team of 2 Marketing Channels Executives
• Work closely with external partner and internal stakeholders on product propositions, go-to-market strategies and delivery of marketing campaigns
• Create marketing collateral and campaigns, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Support communications for the product proposition to advisers, staff, and customers.
• Collaborate on targeted product campaigns to drive leads and revenue.
• Recommend changes based on how marketing materials are used by all channels.
• Maintain and update marketing materials and content.
• Keep product content current on available across portal.
• Manage the marketing relationship with external partner.

Requirements

• Marketing or Communications qualification (degree or equivalent preferred).
• IMC & CIM qualifications are a plus.
• Experience in marketing or communications within Financial Services term based products.
• B2B and ideally B2B2C experience.
• Extensive Financial Services experience.
• Strong marketing principles knowledge and application.
• Strong people management experience.
• Proven experience of managing external relationships and internal stakeholders.
