Senior Account Manager

Maidenhead

£35,000 + bonus (£10k year 1) + bens

 

Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Account Manager to join this existing digital agency.  This agency is imbedded from a digital offering in a number of global brands and is looking for proactive Senior Account Managers to expand the footprint within each account.

 

With clients mainly M4 based j13 to j1, this role is based from home with 1 day per week based from a local.

 

Roles responsibilities:

 

Manage a portfolio of customers, gaining and in-depth understanding of their business issues 

To understand the strategic objectives of their clients and to offer appropriate strategic guidance

Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships through regular close contact, including face to face meetings, telephone and email

Meet KPIs for face to face meetings and telephone contacts

Mentoring junior members of the team to develop client management skills

Maintain detailed understanding of the financial status of your portfolio including revenue

And billing status

Ensure client development plans for each customer are kept up to date

Lead kick-off and review meetings with customers, demonstrating how we are helping them

To achieve their business goals

Actively discuss opportunities within the team to increase the services offered

 

 

Skills & Experience:

 

Educated to degree level, or of that calibre

Proven ability of building strong relationships and surpassing expectations

Experience of growing client accounts, able to demonstrate target and revenue achievement

Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple customers

Experience of presenting to customers at a senior management level

Experience of working with creative teams and good understanding of the creative

process

Knowledge & experience of working in digital marketing & delivering digital services

Such as websites, apps and UX services in an agency environment
