Working closely with the Managing Director and marketing team, the Creative Marketing Executive will bring new creative ideas forward, to build and develop brands through marketing strategies to engage existing and new audiences, increase traffic/conversion and establish the brand’s identityYou will have a passion for design and experience using InDesign. As the Creative Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media posts, and other materials using InDesign. The ideal candidate should have a creative flair, excellent communication skills, and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies in line with the company's goals and objectives.

Support the marketing team to conceptualize and develop marketing campaigns.

Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials using InDesign.

Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media posts, and other materials using InDesign.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Responsible for content and designs for social media posts

CMS Management and web content maintenance and management

Proactive and willing to contribute ideas and bring creativity to the marketing strategy

Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in design and marketing.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing and design using InDesign

Portfolio or links showcasing a range of design work

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Proactive and able to offer creative ideas

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
