Working with a friendly privately owned business that have flourished since 2000.  You will be joining a small yet successful marketing team as a Marketing & Website Coordinator.
 
Specializing in B2B marketing to the trade, The business is currently in the process of building a new website to enhance its online presence and better serve its clientele.
 
Position Overview:
As the Marketing and Website Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's digital presence and ensuring a seamless online experience for its customers. This position involves overseeing various aspects of digital marketing, website management, and customer data integration.
 
Responsibilities:
 
1. Website Management:
   - Oversee the ongoing development and management of the new company website.
   - Conduct regular checks on SEO, meta tags, titles, and implement necessary optimizations.
   - Perform keyword research to enhance website visibility and relevance.
   - Ensure a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing online experience.
 
2. Content Creation:
   - Generate engaging and informative content, including videography and how-to guides.
   - Upload and manage imagery on the website to showcase products and services effectively.
 
3. Digital Marketing:
   - Integrate email marketing software with the website and CRM for seamless communication.
   - Implement and monitor email marketing campaigns, leveraging customer data for targeted outreach.
 
4. Analytics and Reporting:
   - Utilize analytical tools to track website performance and user behavior.
   - Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and recommend improvements.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
 
- Previous experience in B2B or B2C marketing
- Proficiency in website management, including SEO, meta tags, and keyword research.
- Familiarity with content creation, videography, and basic graphic design.
- Experience with email marketing software and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a top-notch online experience for customers.
 
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours offered.
- Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum.
