Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic Marketing and Merchandising Manager to lead our team. This role requires expertise in crafting innovative marketing strategies and overseeing merchandising. As the driving force behind our brand identity, you'll inspire creativity, ensure authenticity, and maximize market impact.

Main Duties:

Strategic Development: Craft and implement marketing and merchandising strategies aligned with company goals.
Team Leadership: Motivate, guide, and mentor the team to foster creativity and deliver results.
Brand Representation: Uphold our brand's voice, ensuring alignment across marketing and merchandise.
Collaboration: Liaise with external agencies and internal teams for brand amplification.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences for adaptive approaches.
Merchandise Management: Oversee product selection, pricing, and promotion aligned with marketing strategies.
Campaign Execution: Coordinate end-to-end campaigns, evaluating results for continuous improvement.
Communication: Maintain open channels with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Budget Management: Allocate and oversee marketing and merchandising budgets for optimal ROI.

Requirements:

CIM qualified (level 6) or equivalent.
Experience in agency or in-house branding/design teams.
Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking.
Proven leadership and collaboration skills.
Genuine passion for brand representation.
Adaptability in a changing market.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.
B2B and B2B2C marketing experience.
