Content Manager
 
Are you a Content Manager?  If so, this could the next perfect role for you.
As Content Manager you’ll help our client achieve the vision of inspiring and supporting consumers to actively achieve their goals in a responsible environmentally positive way.
To help us get there, this role is responsible for working closely with the wider Marketing, Creative and Ecommerce teams to define, plan and deliver the content plan.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Developing the content strategy for multiple brands. Work with Content, Marketing, Creative and Ecommerce teams to plan, write and deliver engaging content that’s consistent across all channels and performs in line with overarching and channel specific objectives
  • Own and maintain a content calendar that plans and schedules the delivery of content throughout the year.
  • Email marketing calendar management, campaign ideation, planning and development.
  • Own the email marketing calendar and ensure alignment with the overarching content calendar.
  • Working together with the Email team to deliver commercial results and engagement and continue to learn from results and analysis.
  • Creative concepting: Work on the ideation of seasonal (and other) campaigns, as well as evolving existing brand and creative work
  • Responsible for the planning and timely delivery of content for all three brands and fulfillment of content briefs.
  • Supported by the Senior Creative Copywriter, ensure content requirements across the business are met.
  • Coordinate and deliver seasonal campaign content for each fascia in line with marketing objectives and creative concept.
  • Liaise with external resources to gather and produce campaign content (personas, writers, technical experts etc.)
  • Act as day-to-day point of contact on projects: Particularly between Marketing, Ecommerce, Content and Studio teams to ensure all stakeholders are updated on content project status.
 
 
Experience
  • At least three years of agency experience or in a similar fast-paced role client side role.
  • Experience planning and delivering content marketing projects
  • Understanding of multi-channel marketing
  • Educated to degree level or higher in Marketing (or similar)
  • Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Exceptional campaign planning and organisation skills
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise changing workload effectively
  • Expertise with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement
