Rocking Zebra recruitment is pleased to be supporting the recruitment of a Marketing Administrator to join this busy organisation based in Swindon.
Our client is globally recognised brand with a fantastic work culture. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Administrator will be a welcome support to a busy team! Supporting the marketing function, you will be responsible for providing general sales and marketing administration support across both divisions. You will assist with the preparation and maintenance of all marketing materials as required across their online shop and for large exhibitions.
The day to day...
- To be exclusively responsible for the processing of orders and the ongoing management of stock available on the online shop
- Assist marketing colleagues with production of promotional materials, including features and benefits info sheets, price lists, leaflets, wholesaler quarterly promotion artwork, advertisements, and e-shots to support promotions
- To make up samples of products/literature for use by customers and at trade or end-user exhibitions
- Organise stock, literature, and display materials for exhibitions.
- Exclusive administration and coordination responsibility for the Company’s involvement with a leading UK & Ireland exhibition
- Organise appropriate safety tests for products
- Monitor and maintain department reports including marketing budget and marketing materials usage
- Undertake additional administration for the Marketing Manager
- At least three years in a similar Marketing support role
- PC-literate (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills, with experience of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and deadline driven
- Motivated, self-starter who enjoys using own initiative
- Good team player
- Professional, polite and diplomatic
- Excellent communicator
