Description
Lead Digital Creative Designer
Wiltshire
What’s On Offer
• £40,000 – £45,000 salary
• Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day home)
• Creative ownership across multiple brands
• Opportunity to shape campaigns from concept through to execution
• Collaborative and supportive team culture
• Regular team socials and company celebrations
We’re looking for a highly creative Lead Digital Creative Designer to join a fast-moving marketing team and shape the visual direction of multiple distinctive brands.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
These brands are known for pushing creative boundaries in their sector, blending pop culture, personality and bold visual storytelling to stand out in a market that often plays it safe.
Think modern lifestyle branding with the energy of challenger brands, rather than corporate marketing.
This is a brand-new role, created to bring fresh creative thinking into the business and elevate the impact of marketing campaigns across digital, print and social channels.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director and Managing Director, both highly creative thinkers, and play a key role in delivering campaigns that capture attention and drive commercial results.

The Opportunity
You’ll lead creative output across three distinct brands, each with its own audience, personality and tone.
The work spans consumer and B2B audiences, giving you a wide creative canvas and plenty of variety.
You’ll also collaborate with external creative partners and agencies to deliver campaigns that stand out across multiple platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life from concept through to full campaign execution.
You’ll own the full creative lifecycle of campaigns, ensuring brand stories translate seamlessly across:
• Social media
• Websites
• Email marketing
• Direct mail
• Outdoor advertising
• Marketing collateral
You’ll also help direct photoshoots, video production and social content, ensuring the brands remain visually distinctive and modern.
The team works at pace, so this role suits someone energetic who can pivot quickly, manage workflow and keep creative delivery moving.

About You
We’re looking for someone who combines creative instinct, commercial awareness and energy.
You may come from an agency, brand or creative studio background and enjoy working in environments where ideas matter.
You’ll bring:
• A strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaign work
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Experience using Premiere Pro or video editing tools
• Ability to produce social-first visual content
• Experience designing across digital and print formats
• Confidence presenting creative ideas and collaborating with senior stakeholders
You’ll also be someone who:
• Thrives in fast-moving environments
• Enjoys experimenting with new creative ideas and technologies
• Brings personality and curiosity into the workplace
• Is motivated to continuously learn and evolve creatively
Cultural fit is important — the team values creative thinkers with personality, ideas and energy.
You may also occasionally visit another UK office to collaborate with colleagues and creative partners.
If you’re a creative designer who loves pushing ideas, telling visual stories and bringing campaigns to life, this role offers a brilliant platform to make your mark.
