This is a fantastic opportunity for someone on the upward curve of their marketing career and looking for a position they can continue to grow, develop and be promoted in.

Working for one of the Directors of the business, you will join as a Marketing Executive, working alongside Graphic & Product Design.

The main responsibility of this role is to drive brand awareness and generate marketing leads for the sales team.

The day to day…

Create, manage, and implement marketing plans to align with the Business Plan
Plan, develop and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple channels within agreed targets, timescales, and budgets

Website management using Hubspot, writing creative content for products and news/blogs

Email marketing using Hubspot to existing and new customers

Writing engaging copy for Social Media channels, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube

Making videos for Social Media channels
Analyse market trends and react with appropriate marketing material
Work with external agencies to deliver paid media campaigns
Create relevant content to support marketing campaigns, including copywriting and blogs
Drive PR opportunities and promote them across all platforms
Deliver on KPIs for the marketing function

To be considered…

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or equivalent preferable
• Experience of working on websites and email campaigns
• Experience of social media, uploading content and videos and engaging with followers whilst increasing engagement
• Experience of Google Analytics and measuring successful campaigns
• Inquisitive mindset, detailed and enjoys marketing data
• Initiative and the ability to self-manage essential along with a can-do proactive attitude
• Friendly personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, able to prioritise work and manage time effectively
• Excellent writing skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt the role to the needs of a growing business
