The successful candidate will be working with the marketing team, as well as working with many forms of advertising and marketing projects to generate more business and enhance the company’s online and offline presence, including providing administrative support to the wider business.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting in organising campaigns and developing marketing strategies.
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Company's activities.
• Support co-workers in organising various projects.
• Engagement in marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (Social media, web analytics, rankings etc).
• Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts.
• Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to increase the company's presence in the market.
• Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

To be considered

• Experience as a marketing assistant or relative qualifications
• Understanding of SEO
• Understanding of marketing principles.
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Well organised with a customer-orientated approach.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

 Desirables:

• Qualifications in Business and / or in Marketing.
• Knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
• Experience in marketing software and relative online applications (including CRM tools, online analytics, Google Ad Words)
