Swindon

Salary- £25,000 - £29,000 DOE

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and creative Marketing Executive to join our established and successful organisation based in Swindon.

Working closely with Senior Management, the Marketing Executive will be expected to bring fresh new creative ideas forward, to build and develop the brand through marketing strategies to engage existing and new audiences, increase traffic and establish the brands identity within a high end market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation and delivery of the complete marketing strategy for both the company itself and also the various brands represented across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Typical responsibilities…

 

  • Manage the company social media channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram, with regular insight and analysis presented
  • Updating the company website – giving the site a refresh and understanding the customer journey
  • Email marketing using MailChimp, segmenting the CRM and writing engaging content for both B2B and B2C markets
  • Work with the team to plan, produce and publish a schedule of engaging content through email marketing, industry literature and sales collateral
  • Create marketing strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and leads
  • Regular use of tracking tools such as Google Analytics
  • Work with the Sales Director to suggest and make changes to the company website whilst ensuring the content is relevant and up to date
  • Coordinating Road Shows from concept to delivery, pre and post evaluation
  • Input and execution of brand marketing guidelines
  • Use of the adobe suite for creating imagery and videography to generate captivating media

To be considered for this role…

  • You have a degree or equivalent qualification in marketing
  • You bring relevant marketing experience with you – ideally both on and offline
  • Experience of creating and owning content marketing strategies especially with social media and email marketing
  • You are analytical and have an  inquisitive mind to drive marketing results
  • A confident communicator with a creative and ‘can do’ attitude
