The main responsibilities of the role include activating and reporting on content and campaigns to support the communications strategy, working across multi-channel marketing to support business growth.
Key Duties
- Support the Marketing Manager and work with the Marketing Team to deliver a content and communications strategy for our product ranges across all Business Units
- Activate, support and track social media content across multiple channels including paid and organic posts.
- Using CRM and the marketing automation platform to activate campaigns, in line with the requirements of the strategy and direction of the Marketing Team. This will include working closely with the Marketing Campaign Executive and reporting on leads and engagement.
- Work with different external agencies where required
- Work with our internal creatives on creation of marketing materials for our promoted products.
- Proactively work with the Business Units to obtain information required to activate campaigns.
- Ensure CRM is kept up to date and campaigns are logged accurately in CRM platform and leads from activities are passed onto Sales Teams in a timely manner.
- Work cross functionally across departments to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Support other team members and work as part of the team, remaining flexible at all times.
- Take ownership for assigned projects and tasks, completing them within the designated timeframe.
Required Skills
- You will be educated to degree level or equivalent (preferred), CIM qualification would be an advantage.
- You will be used to working with creative departments/agencies along with demonstrable experience of working with stakeholders to create and implement multi-channel campaigns with clear metrics.
- You will have proven marketing communication experience and be a strong communicator with high verbal, written and presentation skills.
- You will have knowledge of using a CRM, CMS and social media platforms along with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
