We’re looking for a proactive and organised E-commerce Coordinator to support the product and digital teams with launching, updating, and optimising products online. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in product data, merchandising, content creation, and site optimisation—perfect for someone looking to grow their career in e-commerce or digital marketing.
What you’ll be doing:
• Creating new product listings and ensuring strong digital presentation
• Optimising product placement, categorisation, and site search visibility
• Supporting with content enhancements like images, videos, and guides
• Working with product, marketing, and photography teams to ensure best-in-class listings
• Using data and insights to improve product performance online
• Assisting with promotions, cross-sells, and competitor benchmarking
What you’ll bring:
• A relevant degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Digital, or similar) or equivalent experience
• A confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
• Organised, analytical, and detail-oriented with a logical mindset
• Comfortable using Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bonus points for:
• Experience using Google Analytics
• Strong written content or copywriting ability
• An understanding of online merchandising or digital retail
