Ecommerce Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, with support from the Portfolio Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving the execution of the Ecommerce marketing strategy, both tactically and strategically.

Your primary focus will be mobilisation of new trading website, moving customers to the new platform, driving leads and engagement and elevating our company's profile within key target markets.

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and committed individual who can take ownership of marketing initiatives and drive their success.

Responsibilities:

Ecommerce marketing and ownership of CRM inc data analysis and reporting against KPI’s
Lead generation and supporting the sales team’s growth targets
Campaign planning and management across the marketing mix
Driving new and existing customers to online transaction on our new website
Management and ongoing development of website (inc SEO)
Social media management as relevant
Internal and external communications and PR
Marketing collateral - content and coordination
Brand ownership and guidelines compliance
Compliance with GDPR and Data Protection Act etc

Required Knowledge/Experience:

Self-motivated, creative and enthusiastic
Very well organised
Analytical, numerate and commercially aware
Confident oral and written communication skills
A team player who adapts easily to different environments and situations
Insightful – able to identify and understand market and customer motivations and drivers
Ability to work closely and productively with sales
Strong ecommerce digital marketing skills and experience
Wordpress experience
Relevant (Hubspot) CRM experience
Good understanding of SEO principles
