£25,000 - £28,000 DOE
Are you passionate about performance marketing and growing omnichannel businesses If so, we’re looking for a Web Merchandiser to join an established brand based on the edge of Cirencester.
Reporting into the Head of Merchandising, the Web Merchandiser will play a pivotal role in ensuring all products are accurately visible & well positioned to ensure a greater customer experience, maximising sales.
• Work with category merchandisers through the seasonal planning and sign off process to plan the sales volumes for the web.
• Be aware of the buying and retail marketing activity and create trading plans to drive online marketing activity to reflect the strategy
• Review daily and weekly sales trends, identifying areas of weakness, proposing and taking action to increase sales
• Identify underperforming lines and categories and propose actions to improve sell through
• Ensure visibility is optimised for web channel
• Review sales analysis each week
• Select products to feature on mailers and & get sign off from buyers, before briefing Design/Marketing team
• Continually review merchandising of site searches, navigation and listings and proposing actions
• Review the new in list ensuring the site is representative of key products.
• Check all marketing assets are being utilised to maximise sales
• Monitor intake daily and weekly to make sure all products
• Deliver monthly trading reviews of web performance
