- Paid Social Media Executive
An integral part of the Marketing team, the Display and Paid Social Executive will play a pivotal role in managing the growth of Social Advertising campaigns a number of trading brands. Exciting global B2C business. Growing rapidly, opportunity for personal and professional development at pace.
The successful candidate will focus on increasing our return on investment through Display and Social Advertising, so will have an analytical mind and a flair for problem solving.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement paid social strategies in line with revenue and campaign objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion)
- Launch Display Advertising
- Continually test and analyse new ad formats, audience targeting and content, utilising findings to further refine our strategies
- Collaborate with the rest of the Digital Marketing team, including our PPC agency and CRM Coordinator, to grow cross-channel initiatives within our paid social strategies
- Stay abreast of new developments within paid social, ensuring we are always up to date with industry trends
- Ensure paid content is consistent with organic social activity, incorporating relevant insights into our paid social strategy
- Reporting and attribution – Provide weekly and monthly reports for paid social, incorporating both post-click and post-view attribution models
RELEVANT COMPETENCIES
· Previous paid social experience is essential – minimum 1 year
· Previous display advertising experience beneficial
· Confident with numbers & spreadsheets
· Passion for learning
· Reporting and analytical skills
· Excellent time management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Highly motivated, organised and a keen eye for detail
· A real team player
· Experience within the fashion or retail industry is desirable
