Our clients is the largest search engine in their field. The aim is to provide a single search for all consumer products in their field, enabling users to search using natural language, aim to provide a simpler and relevant search experience.
Responsibilities
- Driving good quality traffic at a low cost for the search engine using inhouse metrics such as Channel CTR, Revenue per channel, etc as well as external client metrics such as conversion rate and time on site to optimise efficiency and margin
- Control Gross Margin by optimising efficiencies and economies of scale.
- Create and implement tests for new channels and digital strategies
- Advise and support our widget partners so they can optimise their revenue potential
- Review and control the entire digital health of the platform, and report areas of risk and opportunity to the Commercial Director
- Provide advice and technical support for our higher level service clients
- Prepare reporting documents and review packs on a monthly/ quarterly basis
- Coordinate with the sales team where upgrade opportunities or recommendations are required
- Implement the tracking of the clients website (where required by the client) and ensure goals, cross domain and GTM events are all working correctly
Experience
- More than 3+ years experience in digital marketing, data and analytics
- You must be an expert in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- It will be advantageous if you have experience in Kibana, Looker, or other Elasticsearch data platforms
- Clear evidence of commercial awareness with the proven ability to spot opportunities within your department
- A results-driven approach to process and strategy, together with a strong empathy for customers and passion for growth
- A demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Most importantly we are looking for someone with the right attitude to work hard, who will help build strong relationships with our client base and equip our fast pace growth with a solid digital strategy.
