Events & Conference Coordinator
Swindon
£24,000 - £28,000 DOE

As Events & Conference Coordinator, you will be joining an award-winning team with the smooth delivery of a number of Events, Conferences & Training days across the UK and on occasion, supporting internationally.

This is the ideal opportunity for you to apply and develop your administration, project coordination and customer service skills within a fast-paced commercial business. You will play a pivotal role in supporting key business functions, leading to further role development as the business continues to grow.

The day to day…

  • Working to a pre-planned Event calendar, coordinating from start to finish
  • Administration of delegates registering to events
  • Administration for training and event enquiries
  • First line management of customer service pre and post event booking
  • Liaise with external sales force on delegates registering to events
  • Ad-hoc attendance to events to support the day
  • Ensure all stakeholders follow process during and after all training events
  • Liaising with the Marketing team in coordinating materials & branded campaign support
  • Management of sending required materials to events and training
  • Management of Brand Ambassadors & Regional Experts
  • Analysing and reporting on event performance

To be considered…

  • Experienced in working within a fast paced, customer service environment
  • Any Event coordination experience would be desirable
  • Strong customer-orientation and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, High Energy, Motivated
  • Attention to detail and highly organised
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with a small team
  • Excellent communication skills with both external and internal stakeholders
Due to the office location, your own transport is required.
