Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently recruiting for an Account Director to join an established integrated agency. Roles responsibilities:
The Account Director role is a pivotal role that combines business and brand strategy with client service and business development to drive the client’s business and brand agenda both internally and externally.
The Account Director is the day-to-day lead and strategic adviser on client projects working either directly or indirectly via the extended team to build senior client relationships and develop business whilst providing an outstanding level of client service to deliver strategic thinking and creative solutions of commercial benefit to both the client and business.
This is a role that combines business and brand / marketing strategy with client servicing and business development and the ability to understand, influence and champion creative work.
Managing a total portfolio of between approximately £750,000 to £1m per annum.
Heading up a team of 1 person (Account Manager/Account Executive) and sharing additional resource (such as an Intern/Account Executive) with wider team.
Identifying and winning approximately £150,000 of additional business (farmed work and new business as opposed to repeat business from clients).
