Rocking Zebra Recruitment is working with an exciting global business with an “agenda” to show businesses who operate in the natural resource, precious metals and gemstones supply chains they can create long-term value and make a positive difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing and/or coordinating the production of marketing materials, often working with external providers including printers, copywriters, designers and developers. This may include video, print, newsletters or digital content;
- Project Managing the development of a series of websites, both for the company and for external clients/projects;
- Designing, coordinating, delivering, tracking and following up on digital marketing campaigns;
- Developing and managing social media presence;
- Facilitating the creation and posting of blogs on websites process to improve business systems
- Working closely with the owner and marketing director to identify key targets in key segments and business development strategy;
- Managing and maintaining the company’s CRM;
- Implementing this strategy, including generating and nurturing leads, identifying and developing opportunities;
- Working with all internal consultants to support them in developing new opportunities from existing contacts and identifying and connecting with new contacts;
- Development of materials and presentations and planning for new client pitches;
- Managing the process of proposal writing, including RFPs and bespoke proposals/pitches; and, Collating, managing and reporting all data relating to new business
Experience:
- Excellent oral and digital communicator, able to influence decision making at top level;
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional work experience; work in a consulting environment is preferred;
- Excellent time management, able to effectively prioritise a full and rapidly evolving workload and deliver on deadlines;
- Extremely organised with excellent project management skills;
- Experience and confidence working with external suppliers and clients, often in other countries, including writing RFPs, negotiating contracts and monitoring delivery;
- Presentation skills, chairing and minute-taking at meetings;
- Understanding of all issues relating to CSR, particularly supply chains and voluntary sustainability standards is a plus;
- Experience of working with the natural resource supply chain;
- Experience working with international social development/environmental groups
- Excellent writing skills: concise, precise and clear; ability to synthesize, summarise and ‘get to the point’;
- Familiarity with CRMs, ideally Hubspot; Familiarity with Wordpress
