We are working with a fantastic agency that have recently had some amazing client wins.  Looking for a Project Manager to join an established team, to work across a selection of clients both B2B and B2C
 
Day to day responsibilities:
 
You’ll help to plan, execute and deliver complex technical projects, on time, to budget, and exceeding client expectations.
You’ll liaise with client contacts and client services teams to define project objectives, co-ordinate our creative and digital teams, manage external parties, and ensure that digital deliverables are functioning to their specifications.
It’s often fast-paced with super-tight deadlines, but you’ll have the chance to work with a lovely bunch of people.
 
Below are just some of the tasks your typical day will be filled with:
  • Truly understanding your clients’ aims, business and market, to help deliver successful change
  • Working with account handlers and system analysts to define solutions / requirements
  • The creation of project plans, revising when appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of a project, ensuring all stakeholders understand their tasks, and delivery is on time and to budget.
  • Following quality assurance procedures and identifying and mitigatingany risks to projects success.
  • Ensuring documentation is current/complete and stored appropriately.
  • Co-ordinating the testing plan/QA/user acceptance procedure.
  • Ensuring confidentiality when dealing with client and company information.
  • Facilitating regular status meetings with the project teams and/or clients.
  • Effectively communicating relevant project information to stakeholders.
 
The skills you’ll need to bring
 
  • Previous project management experience
  • Knowledge and evidence of use of agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise them across clients
  • Be self-motivated and organised and have the ability to motivate others
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in managing multiple projects of varying sizes simultaneously
  • Ability to manage client expectations
  • Working with all levels of management
  • Resilience and good humour
What you will bring to the team
  • Excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills. You’re pretty au fait with communicating (often
  • sensitive) information tactfully.
  • Ability to compose professionally constructed documents and presentations for internal and external viewing.
  • A hands-on and positive approach to problem solving; identifying issues and using your initiative and available resources to generate ideas and solutions.
Desirable
  • Experience working in an agency environment
  • Experience working with a development team
  • Experience working as a Systems Analyst or Developer
