Leading integrated agency, seeking to attract an Account Manager to their expanding client services team. Opportunity to be part of a thought leadership organisation with an enviable client list. Job Purpose
- To manage all assigned work requirements for the account team’s clients, coordinating internally and externally, and to deliver to these work requirements as internal/external projects.
- To maintain a positive commercial relationship between clients and internal teams, both financially and as a strong client commercial relationship
Key Skills
- CRM – a solid understanding of how CRM fits into the overall marketing mix
- Data – good understanding of the importance of data, the various sources available within the marketing sector and how data can help to drive more insights/activity
- Communication – strong interpersonal skills for both internal and external activity
- Commercials – the management of quotations, SLAs and contractual awareness
- Project management – successfully manage client work, delivering on time and to budget
- Briefing – capable of clearly and accurately briefing client requirements
- Administration – financial management, reporting and maintaining all core documentation
Experience
- Minimum two years’ Account Handling experience
- Solid experience of managing major projects
- Sound experience of working with clients in the delivery of marketing/data/CRM projects
Education and Training
- Direct Marketing related courses advantageous
- Business Management / Marketing degree or qualification advantageous

- Demonstrable communication, influencing and relationship management skills
