Exciting B2B Fintech provider, rapidly growing are seeking an individual to take responsibility for client deliver. The role will suit an individual looking for an encompassing account management role which will support client development and lead internal projects delivering against client requirements.
- Manage internal and external client relationships for B2B insurance provider
- Strong project and IT competence to deliver in fast pace environment
- Opportunity to play a key interface role as part of overall client satisfaction strategy
Responsibilities
- Liaison with internal supervisors for sales and insurer escalation issues
- Progress chasing product builds - key to hitting sales targets
- Specific liaison with MGA to ensure integration and communication of product requirements
- Provide overall support for all insurer relations
- Development of existing products with input from the Digital Team
- Day to day insurer liaison (TOBA’s, Audit, product amendments)
- Quarterly review meetings
- Reporting into Head of Business Development
Experience
- Highly organised individual who can effectively prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication at all levels
- Strong knowledge of IT products/services
- Strong business acumen and executive presence
- Adaptable and eager to learn about all the business services and products
